Homemade Crusts

Congratulations to our chef, as his home made crusts were recently featured and photographed in the NY Times food section. Our crusts feature a blend of Japanese panko bread crumbs, olive oil or peanut oil, specific seasonings and fresh herbs.
These are a perfect quick solution to an otherwise ordinary seafood meal. Just crust your favorite fish, bake at 375 until done and serve. Store chilled for up to 45 days.
