DELIVERY INFORMATION AND SCHEDULE

All Fresh Seafood ships Monday through Thursday.

All orders received by 10am will ship that day by FedEx Next Day Air. All orders received after that time will be shipped the next day except for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

All orders are shipped in heavy Styrofoam inner boxes with frozen gel packs. Additionally we use a plastic inner liner to reduce possible water leakage and to assist in maintaining a cool temperature. All boxes are shipped via FedEx Next Day Air.

All order are shipped - Signature released - no signature required. This means if no one is there to receive order from FedEx, the driver will leave the order at the door. This signifies acceptance of the order (the same as a signature). You will be responsible for full payment of the order. We will email the tracking number when the order is shipped to help you monitor the delivery of your order.

If this is a gift, please be sure to alert the recipient that a perishable package is coming.

FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY: DELIVERED ON TUESDAY

MONDAY: DELIVERED ON TUESDAY

TUESDAY: DELIVERED ON WEDNESDAY

WEDNESDAY: DELIVERED ON THURSDAY

THURSDAY: DELIVERED ON FRIDAY

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your order we ask that you call us within 24 hours of delivery. When appropriate we will replace your order or refund your money, whichever you prefer.
